Mr. T

Monica's post below got me thinking about adding a necklace to this outfit. All of the necklaces are pretty conservative, but being that I wear this outfit on a bi-weekly basis, I'd like to know which necklace works best?

I got this skirt in Thailand about 5 years ago and have probably worn it 100 times. Whenever I bought clothing over there, the shop/cart owner would say, "You are sooo big, we don't have anything in your size", I never thought 5'7'' was SOO big, but compared to the 5 foot nothing girls walking around, I guess I did look like a giant.

Option 1: Red Necklace
Option 2: Black Necklaces
Option 3: No necklace, and apparently no arms or chest either
shirt: H&M skirt: Thailand belt: I've had since 9th grade shoes: TJ MAXX

I"m actually surprised to say that I like it best without a necklace. I feel like the puff/ruffle sleeves are so great that a necklace distracts your attention away from them.

I like the red one, but I am partial to all things red.

I like the red as well. but I would even wear a longer one since you have a round neckline :) v-necks are good for short necklaces but I like to wear long dangly ones with a high/round neckline. Anyway that's just me :) and um...you. are. adorable. love that skirt!

I like the red necklace. It gives it a nice pop of color. However, without looks good too!

Oh the red one for sure! I always love a pop of color.

Ok here is my question for you 2. I saw the cutest grey and pink plaid tie for my little 3 year old but he has strawberry blond hair...can he do it? I know most of the time red heads stray from pink but he's only a kid but still....I don't know? I was going to pair it with a white shirt and grey pants.

the shirt is darling on it's own, so i say mix it up. wear it plain one time and the next add the red necklace in for a pop of color!
