I can't seem to stop wearing my hair in a large bun atop my head. It's just so convenient. It takes two seconds to pin up, I don't have to pull my sweaty hair off of my sweaty neck every 15 seconds, and the best part of all- it doesn't require a hair wash. Which we all know, I love that.
I know I like my buns- the kind atop my head- but I am wondering about the bun with the bow. Am I allowed to have two huge things on my head?

I would take you seriously, but only if we were out to lunch, or at a picnic, or in the mall. If we were in a conference room, that could be a different story. I like it though!

I think it looks great!! I have waist length hair, so I am always looking for some cute up-do's for those hot summer days. The bow is really cute! :)
I love the vintage feel of your bow. It's both lady-like and nautical. I would wear this for work and if we were in a meeting, I'd listen because a lady with style is creative, confident and has somethin' to say. I'll try this look soon!

I think it totally depends on the type of corporate job. Some jobs completely work for that kind of fun, creative look. I worked at a book publisher and could have rocked that...though i am not a big bun person but, I think it looks fantastic on you!

Yes! I often wear a little leopard print bow with my giant bun poof. I vote yes all day long!
i'd have to say it's not my favorite. i think i prefer just the sleek big bun on top of your head, it's really cute and i dig it!
i do like it, but as some of the other girls said- i think its situational... its not exactly work appropriate, but love it for a lunch date with a friend.

Eh.... I think the bow is a little much. What if you tried trying it at the bottom of your head, underneath the bun? Or just tying it in a knot and letting it hang down...? I really LOVE your shirt by the way. And I'd love to see pictures of the back of your bun. =)
I don't have an answer or an opinion about the bow/bun but I just had to say I chuckled out loud when you asked if you're allowed to have two huge things on your head. I don't know why I find that amusing, but I do. :)
Also, I need emergency styling help for an event tomorrow (Friday) and I wish I had some roommates to help me out! I posted this morning about it.

I think it looks kinda cute but I'm not really into big bow's on top of heads, haha. the bun looks super chic and cute though! i used to never...ever, evvvver wear my hair up but recently I have been doing a bun like this too and I love it. no hair washing is amazing!

I *love* this look! You can totally rock the bow/bun combo. As the commenters above mentioned, I probably wouldn't wear the total combo to work, but I would wear the bun for the conference room and the bow/headband with my hair down and hot rolled. Super cute!

It looks really cute on you, but I would feel like a huge dummy with this look. I would keep the look to a casual setting though :) By adding the red lipstick it's a nice touch!
