I feel that I apologize a lot on this blog, and it's my own blog so I don't know why I'm always apologizing, but guys sorry that I had to use online pictures, I really hate using them for some reason. (especially skinny, sexy women photos).
Anyway, Bret and I are headed to Hawaii in a month and I need a swimsuit to cover my pasty body. (Did you know it's cheaper to fly to Hawaii from Oakland than it is to fly to Utah?!). I found both of these online on sale, but I can't decide which is better.
What do you think, Blue? (both of them have straps that the models aren't wearing).
or Stripe?
Can you wear a horizontal stripe swimsuit? Are the seams in the top one kind of weird?

Waaaait where are these from?! I am going to Hawaii (with my mom, maybe less romantic) in 2 weeks! I need a suit stat! And I am so down for these cutie pie one-pieces!
(I like the stripe one most!)
I love love that blue one! Have fun on your little vacation!
stripe! that vertical seam on the blue one kinda freaks me out.
I like the blue one better. Hawaii - so fun!

I like the blue one more!! :) AND it'll great when you have a tan too...which you will after a day or two in sunny Hawaii!!
the blue one is GORGEOUS! And I am so jealous you're going to Hawaii.
Love them both! You visited my site, now I'm knocking on your door, and this is the cutest blog EVER! I am a now a new follower!

Blue!!!
Definitely go with the blue. The rusching (sp?) and the solid color will be much more flattering (especially over the one with stripes).
I would also considering a swimsuit with straps. Unless you have a perky bust line, straps can really help in holding up the swimsuit while (even with a baby strap) giving you a longer line.
I am biased against strapless too because it usually means that the swimsuit has to be tight enough to stay put - which means that most normal women will have a little bit of under arm spillover.
Have a great trip!!!
I would go with Blue! It'll be super flattering!
Wow I would love to go to Hawaii! :)
The blue one is my favourite - as long as it comes with straps! Would feel too self conscious if it was strapless, I like to swim on vacation!

Blue definitely!
I LOVE the horizontal seam in the first one, but why is the middle of that suit different with some kind of wrap around?! I think it is one of those swimsuits that has to be tried on in order to make the call.
The black and white suit is a classic. So you. But not very "hawaii". Have you tried etsy or ebay? Or do you draw the line at a used swimsuit?
I kind of got stuck at the part where you said "HAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII"
The seam on the blue one might look better on in real life but that bozo in the picture is making it look funny to me. I think you need palm fronds (http://us.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=33060&storeId=13052&productId=4571549&langId=-1&categoryId=&searchTerm=swimsuit&pageSize=20)

Basically I'm into the stripey suit. I think it will look super cool on.
When you were a kid your favorite thing in Hawaii were the mint green milkshakes at Jack In The Box on a sunny day in the back of a convertible....I think you should find a nice stars and stripes suit and keep your girlfriend in the blue suit away from Bret...
As much as I love stripes on everything, I think the blue would be very pretty with your hair/complexion.
I want to know where both suits are from! I like the striped one!
Get the stripes! It is kinda retro looking. Pair it with a big straw hat and some big sunglasses and you will look like a supermodel!
I think a striped bathing suit is a bad idea. Sorry but I would go with the blue. Have fun! I'm in search for some new swim wear too, it's so fun looking.

I love the stripes - on the model... I'd never wear it (it's be far to unflattering on me) but I bet you could pull it off!
I'm going to go against the grain here because I prefer the stripe. I don't think the horizontal stripe in something as tight as a swimsuit really makes a difference in terms of body slimming. They are both skin tight!
i think the stripes are fine if you don't have really wide hips or bigger ladies, which you don't!
i like them both

Um, not to add additional angst to your decision...but perhaps you should also consider these. I'm a little weird about ordering suits online, only because you never really know if they'll be thick enough or flattering...but I've never had a problem with these suits. A bunch of sisters in Utah came up with the line, and haven't purchased another brand in the last 4 years. Plus, everything is on sale!!

Now, after the unsolicited advice, if you don't like those, I vote the blue one!

i like the first one. I feel like the stripes might go out of style.

I like the blue one. Lime Rickey is great swim suit site or wait til you get to Honolulu and go to TJMaxx
The stripes are fun and the blue is classy! Win, win either way.

I LOVE the striped one! :] I used to have one like it and I don't think horizontal stripes are bad... Have fun in Hawaii!
I vote blue! But that is my favorite color. The stripe reminds me of Barbie and that is never a bad thing.
Go for the stripes. :) Where did you find it, anyway? I've been looking for a 1-piece that won't make me feel mommish. Heehee...
