This is a picture of my husband, I don't think I've ever posted one on here. But that's besides the point. I post this picture because it's the closest thing I have to a close-up picture of my face and I wanted you to be able to tell how close together my eyes are.
I didn't know they were close together until in 8th grade I went to a make-up counter and the girl put eyeliner on both of my eyes, both top and bottom and when I opened them I looked cross-eyed. Close together eyes and a lot of eyeliner do NOT mix. Even the girl doing my make-up was like "Whoa, let's get some eye-make up remover"
I tell you all that because before I go out and by liquid eyeliner, I am curious if any of you have small and/or close together eyes and wear liquid eyeliner?? Is it a no for someone with eyes like mine??
And in case you're curious what I looked like in college with eye make-up smeared on my face right when I woke up, here you have it:
This makes me laugh so hard because I don't remember having acne in college, so was my face just really dirty?!?

I have the same problem! I just almost never wear eyeliner. Sometimes I'll wear it just on the bottom, which seems to work. I've only ever had success with liquid eyeliner - it's the best!
I use one of those felt-tip pen marker type eyeliners. I think Revlon does them, I forget. I think my eyes are kind of goofy so I mainly do the whole winged thing, but only draw the eyeliner in until it's level with my pupil. If that makes any sense. That seems to help me look less like a goldfish wearing eyeliner.
i would use liquid liner on the top only, thicker at the outer corners. don't carry it all the way over to the inner corners. then you can go over it with an angle brush with dark shadow so it's less harsh. some light shadow in the inner corners of your eyes will also do wonders to open things up.
I feel like my eyes are really close together, and to help even things out I *always* wear eyeliner, but only from the center-ish of my eye to the outside edges, a little wing doesn't hurt either. I also wear eyeshadow, really light on the inside corners and darker brown (or charcoal, if I'm feeling sassy) on the outside corners, blend well so you don't have a line down the middle.
Lately, I've started wearing liquid eyeliner on the top, but again, only from the middle-ish of my eyeball to the outside edge. It helps stretch the space between my eyes, methinks.

I don't know, I don't wear eyeliner at all, but wooh is your husband a LOOKER! You did good :)
Liquid eyeliner is fine--just don't wear it on the bottom of your eye. The thing I hate the most about my close together eyes is that I cannot properly use most binoculars, viewfinders, microscopes, etc. It drives me crazy!
I would suggest the top of your eye only and try Bobby Brown liquid eyeliner. It's the best of the best! It's expensive, but a pot will last you like a year....
Good luck!
Ummm hello. Your husband totally looks like Bradley Cooper. What a stud.
I like the Bradley Cooper comment. He totally does look like him! Is he fluent in French like Bradley Cooper? That would be awesome.
Anyway, back to the matter of business here. My eyes are on the smaller side, and I wear liquid eyeliner on the top only. The key is to wing it out and do a cat eye look. That way, it draws out your eyes and makes your lashes look fuller and eyes look bigger once you put mascara on. Also, I am a stickler for putting on 3 layers of mascara with liquid eyeliner since it can be really dramatic looking. Without the layered mascara, it just looks weird.
Excited to see your liquid eyeliner results!

Mom used to put liquid blush on your cheeks when you were little...I'm learning now that led to trips to the make up counter when you were 13. If any of your future posts involve cigarettes, please warn me in advance...
Natalie apparently didn't spend much time in the lab...a cyclops could use a microscope.
You do NOT have eyes that are close together. Never once has that thought crossed my mind.
Ugh! Me too!!! I thought I got it from my dad but maybe its a Rozier thing. Its true about the binoculars and everything. I looove liquid eyeliner though. You just can't go all the way around your eye, only the outer two thirds (upper and lower) with it getting thicker as you go out. People always told me I could never pull off liquid eyeliner so I have only recently been doing it, but I'm hooked. -Carly
Have you noticed that you're husband looks exactly like Bradley Cooper? I noticed this yesterday but waited to say something because I wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one...
