Speaking of fashion, I am actually a bit challenged in this area. That is why I am so happy to have found Ask the Duplex.
I've had this striped vest for years (see picture below) -- I LOVE it! However, it just doesn't look quite right with these wide-legged trousers and pointy heels.

Have you tried pairing it with dark washed skinny jeans? You could try it with the top you have on now or with a dark v-neck tee and round-toed pumps! :)

You're gorgeous! I think you should pair it with a pari of dark washed flair jeans.
It is very mafia/Dick Tracy looking like this, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I would totally pair it with a white collar-less tunic style top/button up and wear it open and either some cute dark skinnies & fun heels or else a pair of flares or trouser jeans. Cute though - love your red lips!
I would completely use this more polished piece (the vest) to sleek-up a somewhat casual outfit. Pair it with a sleek dark wash jean and a grey or white t-shirt (maybe wear the vest unbuttoned if you go this route). Use accessories to add color. My two cents! Thanks for posting! :)
You're so petite! Try some skinnies and untuck the shirt. Throw some color in too, jewelry?
Keep the shirt, but untuck it. Add a pair of dark skinny jeans. Keep the pointy heels. And you've got yourself an outfit! =)
Colorful printed graphic T, blazer (probably in black or gray), and skinny jeans with fun, colored heels.
Or maybe try layering it over a dress? Add a scarf? I think it reads SUPER BUSINESS! with the black and white pallate, and if you want something less businessy you're gonna need to add some color and less structured pieces.
